People love video cameras nowadays.  What used to be an area where photographs dominated people use video cameras. But that does not imply that photography is a dying art.On the contrary, photography is still an very popular hobby for most people.Photography will not die because it is considered an art to take shots and put it into still photos.  You can really capture moments with great photographs. So here goes some tips in taking great photos.

First thing that one must learn in taking shots is to learn to anticipate.Anticipation is the key in taking shots, for example, of candid photos. That has been one of the secrets of taking great photographs as a San Diego photographer.  Because when you know how to anticipate then you can be more proactive rather than reactive.  In other words, instead of reacting to what is happening you are actively involved.Because reacting might make you miss taking shots of it.If you know how to anticipate then you can take great shots.

Another thing you must do is to learn right positioning. What I mean by that is if you are taking pictures of big scenes you need to be in a good position.  As a San Diego wedding photographer you have to always be in a good position.Because if you are out of position then your shots would not be great.People may block your subjects.Or you can also have objects block your view.Being in a great position would result to very great shots.

Last tip is knowing the schedule.  This has been key in my San Diego event photography business.  Because when you know what the schedule of events are you can be ready to take your photos.Because you might miss some moments if you do not have any idea of what is going to happen next.

So those are a couple of tips to taking better photos. If you just notice these tips are not technical tips involving your camera. They are more involved in the artistic side of taking photos.

Doing a timeline is the best way to stay organized during a wedding photo shoot.A timeline would let you be prepared for all the important shots. It will also make a photographer take shots of great moments. So with that in mind here are some of the important things to do during a wedding.

First of all determine when you are going to take the family photos.  As a San Diego wedding photographer I see that the timing of this is different for every wedding. Some people would like to pose for pictures before the wedding.  This allows them to avoid the hectic time after the wedding. While others would like to do it during the wedding itself. You would perform better because you are more prepared if you just determine when the family would like to take the pictures.

Next, you should determine the exact starting time of the wedding itself.  This way you can capture great shots of guests arriving.  As a San Diego photographer this is a great time to capture candid shots of your guests. It would also give you more time to prepare all that is needed for the big ceremony.

Last thing to remember is to know what time the reception will be.This is important since you will know how much time you have left.In other words, you would know how much more shots you can take in the church or wherever the wedding is held before heading to the reception.  Doing wedding as a San Diego event photography allows me to coordinate this big event to run smoothly. You do not want being disorganized doing these kinds of events.

So, those are some of the most important things that should be put in a wedding timeline. It should help in making you better prepared during a wedding.  A wedding day is some of the most frantic moments ever.  There is a lot of pressure on everybody.  The last thing as a photographer you need to feel is pressure. You should just be relaxed all throughout the event so that you can do your best work.
